Thoughtful Infill
Good infill does more than add density. It strengthens neighbourhoods, responds to context, and creates long-term value in the city. Whether it’s a custom house, a duplex, or a multi-unit infill, we approach each project with clarity and disciplined execution.
As an integrated design-build studio, we take ownership of both design and delivery. Quality is protected, costs are managed early, and decisions are made with the full picture in mind. We coordinate planning, zoning strategy, detailing, and construction so the design intent carries through to the finished build.
We understand the realities of development in Edmonton. zoning by-laws, mature neighbourhoods, tight sites, servicing issues, and regulatory constraints are part of what we design around. Our experience with missing-middle housing and thoughtful infill gives us a grounded perspective on creating homes that are refined, practical, and built to last.
