Belgravia Courtyard House

A small-scale multi-family designed to introduce gentle density while maintaining the character of a mature neighbourhood.

The project is organized as two buildings with four homes each, framing a shared courtyard space that becomes the social heart of the site. This arrangement allows each unit to benefit from natural light, privacy, and a sense of community.

Parking is located discreetly at the rear, allowing the courtyard to remain a pedestrian-focused space for residents.
